We donated to the Maryland Food Bank and to an elementary school in Laurel, MD gift cards totaling $313.00.
Food instability for so many is a challenge in our country today.

We donated to the Equal Justice Initiative (EJI) $500.00. EJI is an organization that works towards ending mass incarceration and excessive punishment in the United States, challenging racial and economic injustice and protecting the basic human rights for the most vulnerable people in American society. In these troubling times in our country where issues of social injustice and equal treatment for people of color and economically challenged are at the forefront, it is imperative that we support those organizations on the front line of this battle.

We awarded a $1000.00 scholarship to Baltimore County Community College (CCBC) to be given to a deserving student majoring in Science or Environmental Science. The scholarship should be awarded in the Spring of 2021. CCBC was the last school that Summer attended and we know that she would be thrilled to provide financial assistance to a worthy student.
